Sapphire Internet is an independent third-party service assistance platform launched in 2025. We are NOT:

  • An internet service provider (ISP)
  • A cable television provider
  • A streaming service provider
  • Affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any internet, cable, or streaming provider
  • Authorized representatives of any service provider

We provide independent guidance, support, and assistance services to help consumers navigate various internet, cable, and streaming options available in the market.

2. Nature of Services

What We Do

Our services include:

  • Providing guidance on available internet and cable options
  • Offering assistance with service setup and configuration
  • Helping troubleshoot connection issues
  • Facilitating understanding of provider offerings
  • Supporting customers with technical questions

What We Do NOT Do

We do NOT:

  • Sell internet, cable, or streaming service plans
  • Provide direct internet or cable connectivity
  • Act as official representatives of any provider
  • Process provider billing or payments
  • Guarantee service availability from any provider

3. Service Fees Disclosure

Sapphire Internet charges separate service fees for our assistance and guidance services. These fees are:

  • Independent of and in addition to any charges from internet or cable providers
  • For consultation, guidance, and support services only
  • Clearly disclosed before purchase
  • Non-refundable after assistance has been delivered, except as outlined in our Refund Policy

Important: You will still be billed separately by your chosen internet or cable service provider for their services. Our fees do not include provider charges.

4. Provider Relationships

When we reference internet, cable, or streaming providers (including but not limited to Comcast®, Verizon®, Spectrum®, AT&T®, Cox®, and others):

  • All provider names and trademarks are property of their respective owners
  • References are made for descriptive and educational purposes only
  • We have no partnership, sponsorship, or official relationship with these providers
  • We are not authorized dealers or resellers for any provider
  • Provider offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice

5. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful assistance, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Service availability from any specific provider in your area
  • Provider pricing, speeds, or service quality
  • Installation timeframes or service activation
  • Compatibility with your existing equipment
  • Resolution of all technical issues

All provider services are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective provider.

6. Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide current and accurate information. However:

  • Provider offerings, pricing, and terms change frequently
  • Information may become outdated between updates
  • Service availability varies by location
  • We recommend verifying all information directly with providers

Sapphire Internet is not responsible for changes made by providers after information is provided to customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapphire Internet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions or failures from provider networks
  • Equipment damage or incompatibility issues
  • Disputes between customers and service providers

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our assistance services only.

  • Review provider terms and conditions before signing up for services
  • Understand that provider billing is separate from our service fees
